font comme un petit sabot. La photo est celle de la plante mère à la fin de l'été dernier. J'étais partie d'une graine au printemps. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Je propose un plant qui n'est déjà plus si petit que ça (évidemment le troc devra avoir lieu à Paris) ou des graines. J'en ai peu et les recueillir est un énorme boulot car, à maturité, la capsule éclate et les graines se trouvent projetées parfois à plus d'un mètre de la plante. Mais les 3 graines que j'ai mises en terre au mois de mars dernier ont marché. C'est pourquoi, je peux vous proposer un plant.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cette plante n'aime pas le fort soleil direct et a besoin d'eau. je viens de m'inscrire et  voici ce que je propose&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; - un poussoir pour  cercle a patisserie de 7.5cm a echanger contre un autre poussoir de 7 cm de diametre ( mes cercles  moi font 7cm et mon poussoir 7.5cm...ca le fait pas...)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- des grains de kefir de lait&lt;br /&gt;- de la poudre de reglisse &lt;br /&gt;- de l'isomalt  (E953) servant a  faire du sucre filé en tre autre&lt;br /&gt;-  de la gomme xanthane (E415) , epaissisant a  froid&lt;br /&gt;- de la  lecithine de soja (E336), servant a  faire des ecumes&lt;br /&gt;- du chlorure de  calcium (E509) et de l'alginate de sodium pour faire des billes pour la cuisine moleculaire&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Ces souches ou mères de kombucha se répliquent rapidement; donc, même si je suis momentanément en rupture de stock, vous pouvez me passer commande.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;En tapant kombucha, combucha, komboucha (il y a plusieurs orthographes) sur un moteur de recherche, vous trouverez une foule de renseignements.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Je vous ferai juste part de mon expérience. Je bois du kombucha depuis un an maintenant et pour la première fois de ma vie, j'ai passé un hiver sans le moindre rhume. Est-ce un hasard? Cette boisson est réputée pour ces bienfaits sur la santé, à condition d'être élaborer et conserver correctement. Jusqu'à présent, dans mon cas, cela se vérifie.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;La préparation: &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;Faire deux litres de thé (attention à la qualité du produit) : le thé noir me parait donner le meilleur kombucha, mais on peut en faire aussi avec du thé vert. J'ajoute souvent à mon thé de la sauge, de la menthe fraiche, des fleurs de lavande sèchées, ect. ce qui lui donne un délicieux parfum. On laisse refroidir le thé, on ajoute 140g de sucre, un peu du kombucha (~10%) qu’on aura conservé dans ce but et la mère de kombucha (qui va peut-être couler au début mais remontera se placer en haut du récipient ensuite).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Le récipient (en verre non teinté) doit être assez largement ouvert (plus l’ouverture est large et plus la boisson s’élabore rapidement). On couvre d’une serviette pour empêcher insectes et poussières. On laisse tout ça sans y toucher à température ambiante pendant une semaine : au bout de 3 ou 4 jours une pellicule commence à se former.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Au bout de six jours ou une semaine (si on laisse beaucoup plus longtemps, on peut faire du vinaigre), on retire la souche qu’on dépose dans un récipient. On verse le liquide, en le passant car il y a des dépôts, dans une bouteille en verre qu’on ne remplira pas tout à fait jusqu’au bord : le kombucha est gazeux et le processus d’élaboration de la boisson continu dans la bouteille quoique plus lentement puisqu’il n’y a plus de mère de kombucha.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Le kombucha est prêt. Les premières fois, surtout si on n’a pas de kombucha à ajouter au thé, peuvent être un peu loupées. Il ne faut pas se décourager : en s’épaississant la mère de kombucha donnera une boisson meilleure. On dit qu'on peut ajouter un peu de vinaigre blanc au lieu de kombucha liquide, mais j’ai essayé et le résultat n’est vraiment pas terrible.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Le kombucha obtenu se conserve au moins un semaine à température ambiante. Il n’en est que meilleur. Personnellement, après une semaine, je trouve qu’il devient aigre. Si on met au frigo, on ralentit le processus naturel.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La logique veut qu’on commence une nouvelle tournée de kombucha quand on a récolté la précédente. Si on ne veut pas en refaire, on conserve la souche dans un récipient avec du kombucha. Tant qu’elle ne sera pas au sec, elle ne mourra pas. Si on la laisse pas mal de temps, elle va s’épaissir, peut-être se dédoubler…&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Au fur et à mesure qu’on élabore du kombucha, la souche grossit et il est parfois possible de la dédoubler (au bout de deux ou trois tournées, on peut déjà obtenir une deuxième mère). Si la mère ne se dédouble pas, il est conseillé de ne pas trop la laisser épaissir : elle finirait par occuper quasiment tout votre pot et même par couler si elle est trop lourde. Mais si vous avez un peu de thé matcha, qq graines de fèves tonka en trop, je suis preneuse bien sure !!!&lt;br /&gt;sinon, faites moi une offre et j'étudierai (je suis pas trop difficile je vous promet)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Alors, un peu de culture si on peux parler comme ca car le kéfir se cultive et oui, je vais vous envoyer / gr et bientot, vous serez à la tête d'une armée entière de graines car elles vont se développer, se multiplier, et très rapidement, vous ne saurez plus quoi en faire sinon, en jetter, en donner outour de vous, en vendre, ou encore, lui faire faire le tour du monde !!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pour le kéfir de lait, il vous faut comme son nom l'indique, le mettre dans du lait et le laisser à t° ambiante entre 24 et 48  h en fonction de la quantité de graines, mais aussi de la quantité de lait que vous mettrez.&lt;br /&gt;ensuite, vous le filtrez, vous stocker le lait fermenté au frigo. Je n'aime pas car cela n'a pas assez le goût de poisson. Ceci dit cela peut être intéressant de les utiliser écrasées en guise de chapelure.&lt;br /&gt;-&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;2 petits sachets de mélange japonais&lt;/span&gt; à saupoudrer sur le riz  qu'une copine m'a rapporté d'un mariage au Japon.
